Drive Medics, AKA Drive Medics Data Recovery in San Diego is not legitimate. Their phone numbers are 858-560-DATA (858-560-3282) or 800-646-1489. The owner, Jeff Phillips, formerly operated San Diego Computers, Inc. and SD Computers and Data Recovery, so beware consumer!! This complaint page is set up to warn consumers, and to search out victims who have already given them their hard drives. Contact us, because we have information you will want to know about, if you have been victimized by any of the above names, or by Jeff Phillips, it’s owner.
Jeff Phillips has recently filed for a personal bankruptcy, and claims to have a monthly income of $950 in his filing. Not much for a guy who spends his days ripping off customers who drop their hard drives into his bogus company.
He has also been evicted from his new location at 3425 Murphy Canyon Rd. Suite B in San Diego recently. His bankruptcy has given him a couple of extra weeks inside, but he will soon be working out of some new undisclosed location. He was also evicted from his prior location at 10095 Scripps Ranch Court, Suite C in San Diego.
Jeff Phillips recently was caught trying to sell a customer his data repair services, but used an alias (Jason) rather than his real name. As we walked in to his office to serve him court papers, he ran to the back faster than a scared cockroach and locked the door behind him. The customer stood there, somewhat stunned, not understanding what was taking place. Jeff never came out of the back again to attend to his customer. He did, however, with an Iphone, try to videotape us as we videotaped him. We will soon be posting this funny video on this site. An honest person could probably use his own name, while in his own business when selling his services.

We aren’t selling anything on this site, but are here to warn you that Jeffrey Mark Phillips has many people who say he screwed them out of money, equipment, or both. Please verify for yourself how many times Jeff Phillips and/or San Diego Computers, Inc. has been a defendant in a civil action in San Diego courts. It is all on the court’s website. He has also committed perjury in court hearings too. Jeff, your advertising is false, and customers should know that you’ve been evicted from your facility on Murphy Canyon Rd.
Jeffrey, please tell us why Drive Medics Data Recovery Inc. , as listed on your website is not registered with the California Secretary of State. It’s because you are not even a legitimate corporation. You go from 1 place to another, hide from court service papers, evade sheriffs attempts to serve bench warrants, and have never been responsible to the customers who have beaten you in court after you screwed them on data repair services. Your advertising is false, and you’d never let any one in to see your “clean room” .

July 28th, 2010 update – Jeff, you can change your address now on your website. You are no longer there. remember, you were booted 30 days ago. We know it gives you clout to say that you are near Fry’s Electronics, but we know better, and we think any prospective customers should also be aware.
